At the Deep Sea Base, a capture plan is initiated due to disturbances from a legendary sea monster. However, Little Submarine hero Comma discovers that the "monster" is actually a cute baby dragon. Through persistent effort, Comma and his friends resolve the misunderstanding and reunite the baby dragon with its mother.
